General (delivery) conditions Protecto Toe Covers and its webshop www.protectotoecovers.com:

General sales, delivery and payment conditions of Protecto Toe Covers, registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Alkmaar, under registration number: 60180382. The trade name Protecto Toe Covers is part of iBusiness

     
  1. Application. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you conclude with Protecto Toe Covers and its webshop, regardless of the means of communication used. By ordering, you accept the terms and conditions.  
  2. Prices and costs. All amounts stated on Protecto Toe Covers are in euros, including VAT and shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The shipping and handling costs that are charged on every order outside the Netherlands are at least € 1.95 per item, regardless of the size of your order.  
  3. Establishment of the agreement. You can order in the following ways: online via the webshop or by e-mail. If Protecto Toe Covers can not determine your home address, the order is not valid. Protecto Toe Covers (iBusiness) is entitled to refuse an order motivated or to attach special conditions to the delivery. The agreement is concluded at the time that you confirm your order online. After receiving your order at Protecto Toe Covers you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order.  
  4. All our items are available from stock. If the ordered items are not in stock anyway, Protecto Toe Covers will contact you by e-mail.  
  5. Payments must be paid immediately after the order by means of one of the payment methods offered by us. Once your payment is received, we will reserve the item for you and send it within 5 working days with TNT Post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve products without your payment being received by us.  
  6. Protecto Toe Covers (iBusiness) is not responsible for lost shipments and no money will be returned when the shipment does not arrive.  
  7. Exchanges and returns must be returned to us within 14 days after you have received your order. You can only exchange or return items if you have them returned to us in exactly the same condition (with all original labels).  
  8. The shipping costs of a return shipment are for your own account.  
  9. You will remain responsible for these goods with a return shipment to receive the goods from Protecto Toe Covers. We will send within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment a desired replacement item or a voucher for the amount of the returned item.  
  10. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid if the items: -1.Disputed and / or used. -2.Damaged due to use. -3. Not returned in the original packaging.  
  11. Protecto Toe Covers is not responsible for input errors, which inadvertently indicate the wrong sales price for one or more items. We reserve the right to adjust sales prices.  
  12. Protecto Toe Covers will include your personal data in its customer base. Your data will only be used for processing your order and making targeted offers in the future. If you do not appreciate this, you can unsubscribe here at any time by e-mail. We will, of course, not provide your personal data to third parties.
  13. Complaints. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, do not hesitate to contact us. Complaints of any kind against Protecto Toe Covers or one of our employees must always be submitted by e-mail. Protecto Toe Covers always tries to solve any problems or complaints in consultation with the customer and in the best possible way. We will respond to your complaint within 7 days.  
  14. Delivery. Protecto Toe Covers will exercise the utmost care when receiving and sending orders.  
  15. Protecto Toe Covers guarantees the authenticity (authenticity) of all products sold on our shop for 100%.  
  16. Protecto Toe Covers will send the approved orders as quickly as possible and in order of arrival. Normally delivery takes place within 5 working days after payment has been received. If a delivery can not take place because the goods are not in stock or are delayed for any other reason, you will receive a notification no later than 5 days after you have placed your order.  
  17. Protecto Toe Covers is not liable for any damage whatsoever as a result of exceeding the announced delivery times.  
  18. Liability. Protecto Toe Covers accepts no liability to you for any damage other than in the event that its liability insurance covers the damage and insofar as the insurer proceeds to payment as appropriate. In all cases, the liability is always limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant article or the relevant articles. In no case shall the compensation referred to in this paragraph exceed € 100. iBusiness and its names Protecto Toe Covers (www.protectotoecovers.com) is never liable for consequential damages.  
  19. Dutch law is exclusively applicable to these Terms and Conditions.
